1. Our 3-Stage Quality Control Process

1) Pre-Production: Raw Material Inspection

The raw materials we use are all brand new. Toner cartridges made of brand new materials can ensure a longer service life.

All incoming materials (toner powder, OPC drum , Cleaning blade ,PCR etc.) undergo strict lab tests for particle size, magnetism, and durability.

Only certified suppliers (ISO 14001：2015，ISO90001：2015 -compliant) are selected, with batch-level documentation.

2) Production: Real-Time Monitoring

  1. 100% assembly-line testing: After the productsareproduced, those will go to the product quality inspection department for the first inspection to check the product performance. If these are unqualified, engineers will be arranged to test and troubleshoot the problem.
  2. 3% random inspectionbefore packaging: After the products pass the first step of inspection, they will enter the packaging department. The packaging department will conduct a 3% random inspection.If there are unqualified products in the tested samples, the products will be inspected again to find out the problems.

 

3) Pre-Shipment: Final Verification

 

  1. 2% batch inspection: Products are tested against OEM specifications using tools like X-ray fluorescence analyzers.
  2. 1% lifespan test: We use temperature detection machines in our laboratories. Because some countries are located in the equator or cold regions, random life tests are performed to ensure the service life of the product.

2. Replacement Guarantee

We commit to replacing faulty goods at our expense if the defective rate of any batch exceeds 1%. Our quality team will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a resolution within 5 business days upon receiving your claim.

3. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

1.Notification: The buyer must submit a detailed claim report (including clear photos/videos of the defect and batch/lot numbers) within 30 days of receiving the goods.

2.Verification: Our QC team will review the evidence and may request additional testing or return samples for analysis.

3.Resolution:

Approved claims: Replacement units will be shipped immediately (or a credit issued).

Disputed cases: We collaborate with third-party labs for impartial testing.
